The Dual-Head Laser Roll-to-Sheet Automatic PI Film Cutting Machine integrates high precision, high efficiency and full automation. Adopting a green picosecond laser source with a tiny light spot, the equipment can achieve ultra-high precision fine cutting. The dual laser heads perform synchronous processing, significantly improving production efficiency. It operates fully automatically, including automatic feeding, cutting and receiving, supports roll-to-roll continuous processing, realizes unattended production, and greatly saves labor costs.

Using picosecond laser processing, the heat-affected zone is very small, with no deformation, no delamination and no indentation.

It can cut various types of PI films, electromagnetic films and FPC outlines. The cutting seam precision is 20-30μm, the processing thickness is ≤2mm, and the effective processing area is 600x500mm.
